Happy Spring and Summer!

Well, its been a little slow n the blogging world these days.  In addition to suddenly feeling overwhelmed again by life in general, we went away on vacation which is always stressful to me, such a baby I am!  But, in any event, my wonderful dog sitter Jess stayed at the house and the dogs had a great time with her as usual.  I am SO lucky to have Jess willing to hang out at the house.  As usual, she took awesome pictures - which is a requirement when she is here!  In addition to the cute Mothers Day pose she did, we have this awesome one also.  Enjoy and I'll be back to better blogging soon,.

Happy Mothers Day

So perhaps I am not really a mommy, at least not of humans, but it would appear that I am at least loved as one!   Away on vacation, my dog sitter who is awesome, sent me this little present.  It made my day to say the least,.........

Is this play?

So these are really odd pictures, but this is how Pip and Lucy play alligator face, at least that is what I call it. Morning activity before breakfast. Lucy was feeling cozy and very friendly this morning, sometimes she's a little distant just waiting to eat. After she was done with this she curled up on the couch with me for a bit, nice!

Rollover!

This trick is still in progress, but here is what we have so far. Lucy rolling herself up in a blanket - its pretty funny,......

feeling groovy,......... with friends

Feeling groovy, thats the name of the song that goes along with this video. A picture, or movie in this case, says it all. Don't you wish you got along with all your friends like dogs do? just grab and play and wiggle,...........

Stupid Pet Tricks!

We've been working on tricks and it seemed like a good idea to start video taping with my new FLIP. Its been a learning experience. First of all, labrador tails are deadly when the device is on a tripod! Second, you really start to pay attention to how you look and your voice! All good stuff. And last but not least, you get to see how cool the tricks actually look from a different angle. As I get better on this videotaping there will be more. Here's my first attempt.
